The Founders

ASHLEY HARRISON

​Ashley’s career first started when she fell in love with yoga in her teens. She was immediately entranced by the effects of joining movement and breath. A few years later Ashley discovered Pilates and it naturally became part of her practice. She has now been practicing both yoga and Pilates for over 12 years. Ashley’s desire is to help people connect to their bodies and improve their health.

She aims to teach a well balanced class with the emphasis on listening...

DANA CARTER

Dana Carter is a self-professed anatomy nerd and Movement Educator practicing regularly for the last 20 years. Her playful personality and passion for teaching are infectious! 

 

 

She has made movement her full-time career as a Physiotherapy Assistant, Clinical Pilates instructor, Barre, fitness, and Yoga teacher.  She is dedicated to continuously expanding and refining her skills as both a practitioner and teacher...

Studio entrance is located at the back of the building in the parking lot.


FREE PARKING ON SITE. Parking available in the numbered stalls behind the reflections building (please don't park in the stalls labled as visitors parking). There is also plenty of public parking in the area around the Reflections building:

  • Street parking on Wagar Ave just North of the Reflections building

  • Public parking on Goldstream Ave

  • Tons of parking spots 5 min away on Atkins 

  • We acknowledge that we are on the unceded territory of the Lekwungen/Songhees nations
