There is a connection between what we eat and how we feel. Many of today’s snacks, treats and
event foods contain chemicals and additives that not only perpetuate cravings but inhabit
chemical pathways that would otherwise be home to our bodies' natural hormonal responses.
Join me to learn more about the food mood connection.

Topics Covered:
● Demonstrate the connection between food and mental and emotional health issues such
as ADHD, depression, fatigue, excitement, anxiousness, etc.
● Provide clear information about how to avoid the chemical imbalances food can cause
and create a positive, balanced internal environment
● Discuss healthy snack choices, ways to control your blood sugar and eating habits that
promote a positive mental state
