Pelvic floor issues are prevalent in our society. So much so, that if you experience them, you might even think it is normal. We are here to tell you that although it is common, it is not normal. It is also very fixable! We have heard so many stories, especially from women who have been pregnant or given birth, of all kinds of pelvic floor dysfunction. So we want to offer you an evening to learn about what the pelvic floor is, how it should work, and how you can improve its function.

Please join us for an evening with Sarah Hubbs, a local physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health. She will offer an education session about pelvic health and answer questions. We will also participate in a small movement practice focused on finding and activation of the pelvic floor muscles and using them in a short Pilates class.
