STRUCTURE

As a response to Covid-19 we are moving to pre-registered classes - one month at a time.  There will no longer be drop-in classes available. Please see our updated policies and procedures before emailing us with any questions you may have. Registration for future months will open on the 15th of each month.
You may register for more than one class per week, but you are committing to the full month period for all classes selected.
Does NOT Include Springboard or Reformer.

Mat & Barre Classes -All prices include tax.

Please note that Mat and Equipment classes have separate pricing options.
One 4-week Series (4 sessions)
Single Session

  • Sign up early, as classes are limited to maintain social distancing.
  • Booking for 4-week series will open on the 15th of each month, for the month ahead (eg. July 15 for August booking) and are bookable through our website.
  • Booking for single sessions will open on the 1st of each month, for that month (eg. Aug 1st for August booking) and will be bookable through our website and the Mindbody app.
  • You MAY register for multiple classes per week! 
  • We do have a minimum registration number in order to run the classes. If that number is not hit for a class you have signed up for you will be refunded. This is the only situation refunds will be made.
  • If you can not commit to the entire 4-week series, you can wait until single session booking opens and book the individual classes instead.
  • When you choose your class, you are committing to that same time and day for all four weeks.
  • If you are signing up midmonth email us for proration options.
  • Single sessions can be booked any time up until 2 hours before the start of class.
  • Make-ups may be allowed as long as booked within the same calendar month and as space is available. 
  • Previously available individual pass styles (ie. 10 packs and drop-ins) will be accepted as singles sessions.

Reformer & Springboard Classes
