Class Policy

  • All Classes are age 16+ with the exception of ages 14 and 15 if accompanied by an adult

  • For your first class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to register and have a studio tour.

  • pre-registered clients spots will be held until 5 mins before the start of class and then will be given to drop-ins or waitlisted clients.

  • Arrivals more than 5 minutes past the start of class will not be allowed entrance.

  • Please avoid wearing heavy or synthetic scents to the studio as some staff and clients have allergies. 

  • Mats are available to rent for $2 (tax included) all other props are provided at no cost.

  • Please wear clean grip socks to any equipment classes, if you forget, ask to borrow a pair from the front desk or purchase a pair from our selection. 

  • Stretch Collective and its teachers reserve the right to refuse admittance to class when deemed necessary due to injury or illness


  • If you are on a waitlist, you will get an email or text notification if a spot opens up in the class. You will then need to confirm your spot in that class. 

  • To make sure you get your waitlist notifications, make sure you have accepted "Reminders and Schedule Changes"


  • Cancellations on Mat classes can be made up to 60 minutes before the start of class

  • Cancellations on Equipment classes can be made up to 8 hours before the start of class. Canceling within the window or no-showing will result in either the use of one class pass (if the client is on a prepaid punch pass) or a $15 charge (if the client is on an unlimited)

  • Cancellations made after these windows will result in passes being used. 

Purchase Policy

  • All products are final sale

  • All series, membership, courses, and class purchases are non-refundable. Unused and unactivated passes or memberships can be returned for studio credit only within 14 days of purchase. Credit can be used towards a future class/workshop purchases, retail items or transferred to another client with their consent.

  • All sales on enrollments (workshop or special/registered series) are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the workshop please let us know up to 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop, and if the workshop is full, we will allow your space to be filled. If your space is filled, we will credit the amount paid to your account for future, in-studio use. If your space is not filled the then charge will stand and the amounts paid will not be credited. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop will be charged.

  • If major illness or injury arises, passes and memberships can be put on hold with doctors note provided and at the sole discretion of Stretch Collective Management.  Passes and memberships will not be held longer than one year. After one year of hold, the pass/membership will expire. 

  • Introductory or “First-time” passes are for new clients only and once other purchases are made will no longer be available to the client. 

  • All multiple class packs (10, 20, etc) are shareable among members.
