As a response to COVID-19 we are now offering our classes in a unique way that allows you to maximize your progress and enjoy community and connection, all while keeping you and our instructors as safe as possible. See the two ways of booking below.
Monthly Preregistered Classes
Every class runs each month on a 4-week preregistered basis (with the exception of December, which is 3-weeks). For example, if you sign up Monday at 9 AM, then you are paying for and attending all four Monday 9 AM classes that month. This is the best deal in terms of cost and will give you the most consistent progress. If you are looking to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, or mental fortitude, then this is the way to go! We know you will notice the difference when you make the commitment. The monthly preregistered schedule will be available for booking from the 15th to the last day of each month for the month following (ie. the September schedule is available August 15 - 30). Mark your calendar for the 15th of every month at noon in order to book early and may sure you get your favourite class.
Single sessions allow you to attend a class when you can't commit to the whole series, want to try out a class, or just feel like you could use a little extra. The single sessions schedule will open on the 1st of each month at noon and be available for the entire month. Any spots that are not filled with pre-registered series participants will be open to book as single session. These are still pre-registered classes and require you to book more than 2 hours before the class start time. We suggest looking ahead and booking at least a couple weeks at a time since these start to fill up quickly.
